Whalen fire pits are now made to order. All orders for Whalen fire pits will ship out in 5-7 business days from when the order is placed. Delivery then takes between 5-7 business days. All other orders will ship out within 24 hours or on the next business day and can take 7-10 days to arrive. We can also ship 2nd Day or Next Day. Call us for a quote. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, and Discover. For all fax orders please call 773-348-8246. Do not send cash. Shipping rates are calculated at final checkout. Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped within the state of Illinois. We ship APO,FPO,Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as long as the packaging is within the USPS size standards and shipping is billed at the USPS shipping cost with insurance. Return Policy We realize that ordering online doesn't always work out to peoples expectations. You can return any unused goods that are ordered through our online stores, within 30 days, for a full refund (less shipping costs).
