For larger dollar or volume orders, orders with multiple grills or multiple
shipping areas, we will quote you a shipping cost and the schedule above
will not apply.
Whalen fire pits are now made to order. All orders for Whalen fire pits will
ship out in 5-7 business days from when the order is placed. Delivery then
takes between 5-7 business days.
All other orders will ship out within 24 hours or on the next business day
and can take 7-10 days to arrive. We can also ship 2nd Day or Next Day.
Call us for a quote. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express,
and Discover. For all fax orders please call 773-348-8246. Do not send
cash. Shipping rates are calculated at final checkout. Sales tax is only
collected on orders shipped within the state of Illinois.
We ship APO,FPO,Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as long as the
packaging is within the USPS size standards and shipping is billed at the
USPS shipping cost with insurance.
outdoorfirepit.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Illinois. Each
customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on
orders shipped to any other state.
We realize that ordering online doesn't always work out to peoples
expectations. You can return any unused goods that are ordered through
our online stores, within 30 days, for a full refund (less shipping costs). We
will also refund the standard shipping cost if the return is a result of our
error. Note: If a customer refuses a delivery because they have changed
their mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges both
ways. You are responsible for returning the goods to us, in their original
cartons, and the items must be is salable condition. If an item is returned to
us in unsalable condition, you will be charged a restocking fee at our

receive proper credit for the return.

Ship and Insure Your Return
We strongly recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are
returning. This is for YOUR protection in the event the package is lost or
damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can
provide you with proof of delivery. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
outdoorfirepit.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost
or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges to our warehouse will
be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. In the event that the
product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in
this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and
prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The
merchandise will then be returned to you.
